Seniors Health & Wellbeing
UNCC supports vulnerable seniors, elderly refugees, war widows, and isolated older persons through compassionate community-based health and wellbeing programs across East Africa.

Our support includes:
-
Community health outreach
-
Physiotherapy and mobility support
-
Wellness monitoring and medical referrals
-
Emergency food and hygiene support
-
Social inclusion and emotional wellbeing activities
-
Support for war widows and isolated seniors
-
Community storytelling and peace dialogue programs
UNCC also provides safe community spaces where seniors can access tea gatherings, health awareness activities, emotional support, and opportunities to remain active and connected within their communities.
With growing humanitarian needs, UNCC continues to seek partnerships and donor support to expand elderly care, health access, mobility assistance, and wellbeing services for vulnerable seniors across refugee and host communities.

Seniors Health & Wellbeing
Caring for the Wisdom of Our Communities
At United Nationals Countryless Children (UNCC), we believe every senior deserves dignity, respect, protection, and compassionate care. Many older persons in refugee settlements, rural communities, and vulnerable households face isolation, illness, poverty, displacement, trauma, and lack of access to healthcare.
UNCC works to restore hope, improve wellbeing, and strengthen the quality of life for seniors through community-based humanitarian support and health-focused programs.

UNCC Emergency Response Program
UNCC Emergency Response Program
Protecting Lives. Responding Fast. Rebuilding Hope.
When families are supported before, during, and after a crisis, they have a far greater chance of surviving and recovering. UNCC works closely with refugee and host communities across East Africa to save lives, provide urgent assistance, and help families rebuild their futures after disaster.
Our Emergency Work Includes:
• Providing emergency food and non‑food items
• Supplying temporary shelter kits for displaced families
• Supporting seniors, child‑mothers, and persons with disabilities during crises
• Offering psychosocial first aid and protection support
• Restoring livelihoods after shocks
• Strengthening community disaster‑preparedness and risk‑reduction activities
UNCC maintains a strong presence across Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan, and DR Congo, allowing
our volunteers to respond quickly when emergencies strike. When communities call for help, UNCC is already on the ground—providing protection, relief, and hope.
Support Our Disaster Relief Efforts
Your contribution to UNCC’s Emergency Response Fund enables us to:
• Deliver immediate lifesaving aid
• Protect the most vulnerable during crises
• Support long‑term recovery and resilience building
• Reduce future risks for families living in fragile environments
Together, we can help communities withstand crises and rebuild stronger, safer, and more resilient lives.
