Careers

Working With UNCC – Uganda

At UNCC Uganda, we are committed to supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our communities—countryless children, seniors, child‑mothers, and displaced families seeking safety and dignity. Our work depends on compassionate, skilled, and dedicated people who believe every child and every family deserves protection, hope, and opportunity.

We are proud of our growing team of staff and volunteers who bring passion, professionalism, and heart to everything they do. Whether you join us in child protection, community outreach, health, education, administration, or emergency response, your role will directly contribute to transforming lives across refugee settlements and host communities.

At UNCC, you become part of a mission‑driven organisation focused on dignity, safety, and long‑term impact. Together, we can build stronger, safer futures for vulnerable children and families across Uganda and beyond.

If you are looking for meaningful work that changes lives, we invite you to explore opportunities with UNCC Uganda.

Join our community of volunteers and help young Ugandans in need.

UNCC welcomes applications to volunteer from all people who want to make a difference, regardless of education, background or skill set. Search by state or territory to find out how you can join our volunteer community. Please note that in most cases, all volunteers must be over 18 year of age.

Rhino Camp

Across refugee settlements and vulnerable communities, many children still face barriers to education, healthcare, nutritious food and protection. For some refugee families, the cost of school fees and related expenses means that when parents cannot pay, their children may be unable to attend school, leaving vulnerable children at greater risk of falling behind.

UNCC works to help children access opportunities to learn, stay healthy, remain protected and build a better future.
