UNCC Policy & Advocacy Agenda (2026–2030)
Advocacy
United Nationals Countryless Children (UNCC) is committed to advancing policies and practices that protect the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals and communities. Through our Policy and Advocacy Agenda 2026–2030, UNCC seeks to influence systems and strengthen partnerships that support children, seniors, young mothers, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Our advocacy is grounded in evidence from community engagement and field programs, ensuring that the voices and experiences of vulnerable people inform the policies and solutions we promote.
Advocacy Priorities
Child Protection and Safeguarding
UNCC advocates for stronger child protection systems that prevent violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect. We work to promote safeguarding policies that ensure children grow up in safe environments where their rights and dignity are respected.
Education and Child Development
Access to education is essential for children’s future opportunities. UNCC supports policies that promote equitable access to education, safe learning environments, and programs that support children’s development and wellbeing.
Dignity and Protection for Seniors
UNCC advocates for policies that recognize the dignity, rights, and contributions of elderly individuals. Our work promotes access to community care, health support, and social inclusion programs that reduce isolation and hardship among seniors.
Support for Young Mothers and Vulnerable Families
Young mothers often face barriers to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. UNCC promotes policies and programs that support young mothers through empowerment initiatives, access to services, and community support networks.
Mental Health Awareness and Community Wellbeing
UNCC encourages policies that strengthen mental health support systems and promote community awareness. We advocate for accessible services and programs that help individuals experiencing mental health challenges live with dignity and support.
