UNCC operates community‑based programs across refugee settlements and host communities in Uganda. Our services support families and individuals facing hardship—especially seniors, child‑mothers, countryless children, persons with disabilities, and people experiencing mental‑health challenges.
From counselling and protection support to hygiene items, food assistance, and emergency referral, UNCC volunteers ensure that vulnerable households do not fall through the cracks.

Who We Support
You may contact UNCC if you or someone you know needs urgent assistance, including:
• Seniors with mobility, health, or protection needs
• Child‑mothers requiring hygiene items, counselling, or school‑return support
• Persons with mental‑health challenges needing urgent attention or referral
• Newly arrived refugees who need guidance or immediate support
• Families facing food shortages or emergency household needs
What UNCC Can Help With
UNCC volunteers can provide or connect you to:
• Basic non‑food items (soap, sanitary pads, hygiene supplies)
• Mobility support for seniors
• Emergency referrals to hospitals and protection agencies
• Counselling and psychosocial support
• School‑return support for child‑mothers and vulnerable children
• Information on safe services available in your area
If your need cannot be addressed immediately, UNCC will refer your case for consideration through our community support network and partners.
