UNCC’s senior leadership team provides strategic direction and ensures that every program reflects our mission to protect vulnerable seniors, refugees, and children. The team meets regularly to review organisational strategy, approve new projects, and guide ongoing initiatives.

Leadership also oversees risk management, safety compliance, financial accountability, and ethical standards across all UNCC operations.
