Volunteers in Action — Keeping Rhino Camp Clean

United Nationals Countryless Children (UNCC) – Uganda continues its Monthly Community Cleaning Day in Rhino Camp, including the Ofua area, led by the UNCC Operations Manager together with The Samaritan Group, UNCC volunteers and community members.

The initiative brings volunteers together to collect litter, clean shared spaces and promote a cleaner, safer and healthier environment for seniors, children, families and the wider refugee and host communities.

UNCC particularly encourages more women and girls to participate. Women currently represent only around 1% of participants in the cleaning team, based on UNCC's programme information. We want to see stronger and more inclusive participation from women in future community activities.

Join us. Volunteer with us. Help keep our community clean.

Every person can contribute, whether by volunteering, encouraging others or supporting the cleaning programme.
