Country Director Travels to Arua and Gulu for Partnership, Operations & Volunteer Training

United Nationals Countryless Children (UNCC) – Uganda Country Director, Kevin Nabbowa, will travel from Kampala to Arua for a three-day official field mission focused on partnership engagement, operational coordination and strengthening UNCC's volunteer programme.

During his three days in Arua, the Country Director will participate in the partnership meeting, engage with the UNCC Operations team and volunteers, review ongoing activities supporting seniors and other vulnerable communities, and conduct training for UNCC volunteers on the organisation's newly introduced policies, operational guidelines, safeguarding responsibilities and professional standards.

The visit will also provide volunteers with an opportunity to raise questions, provide field feedback and strengthen their understanding of UNCC's accountability and humanitarian responsibilities.

Following the Arua programme, Mr Nabbowa will travel to Gulu for a two-day operational engagement before returning to Kampala.

The mission reflects UNCC's commitment to ensuring that its leadership remains connected with field teams, communities and partners.
